Looking for members to join a new group focused on living a simple, healthy life. Based on principles of several groups combined on this site – Why get big? To look like Arnold Schwarzenegger? Why lose weight? To impress the folks at work that you don’t really care about or the cute girl/guy at the front desk of the gym? All fine and dandy, buy why not simply be healthy? Muscle will come. Weight loss will accompany a healthy life. Forget trying to impress people – make the goal to simply feel good. Learn to live a simple, healthy and happy life! I signed up! Cranky what a good group. My whole philosophy is just trying to live healthy. I am not doing it for my boyfriend who met me and fell in love with me at my current weight. I’m not doing it for my son who has never seen me any other way….although it would be nice if he didn’t squish my belly lol I’m doing it for me so I never have to struggle with weight as long as I am living right. I’m doing it to feel better have more energy and just be healthy me! |

I am back from a brief hiatus and eager to get into a much healthier lifestyle. It’s humbling to admit that it is sooo easy to be lazy. I keep on saying – ‘tomorrow, I’ll start tomorrow and be consistent from then on’. Well, tomorrow is now today… This IS a good group, and members will get out of it what they put into it – we can all learn from each other and like minded individuals make for more consistent motivators. Hi everyone, I believe this group is right on track. Set yourself positive health goals like feeling healthier, having more energy, building immunity, having more mental alertness and concentration or becoming stronger. This will give you a focused and sustainable attitude that will help you achieve optimum well-being. Care for your health and weight loss often happens as a side-effect. I’ve joined the Living Simple group and I’m keen to see how everyone by concentrating on positive health goals.
