Nothing worth having comes easy. If you are really serious about losing weight you have to start eating healthy AND exercise. There is no way around it!
Small things aren’t going to get you to your goal in the time you’ve prescribed, but they will help you start living a little healtier, so here you are:
Eat more frequent, smaller meals. Try to eat every 2-3 hours even if its just a small snack.
Cut out liquid calories, no soda, no sweetened drinks! Even fruit juice has a lot of hidden sugars. (Have the whole fruit version instead)
For breakfast eat egg whites instead of eggs or oatmeal instead of cereal.
If you are watching tv, try doing pushups or crunches during the commercial.
Take a walk around the block to get you up and moving. Even just 20 min. a day can help you out.
Again, none of these tips are going to magically melt away the fat. You need to do cardio and weight training to burn calories and gain lean muscle. There are plenty of workout plans on the site and people that can help you get started!
