Thanks! I was thinking about the challenge for a few days before New Years and I decided I could do it if I made it a high priority. So, every night I’m hitting that bike. It doesn’t hurt that there’s good TV on. Have you tried peddling while playing Mario? Multitasking FTW! |

Great blog, I’m loving what you wrote! Interesting scale choice too. Your logic makes a lot of sense. I’ve been tempted by some of the crazy ones that tell you hydration and estimate body fat, but I think the smarter thing is to go simple. Less to break. I’ve had a lot of luck alternating the big days with the smaller days. Tuesdays are good for me too. Something about early-season Biggest Loser is a good motivation helper. |
