Try as hard as you can, because it’s fun to be in the top 10 or top 20, for me personally it’s more challenging and find a motivator if you want (i’m always here lol) :). Good luck everyone, hope everyone has the best new year ever :) |

Yes it was, It’s changed now. - the 40kg gain is wrong lol, I posted my weight in lbs first and I normally post it in kgs - I’d also like it if you joined my february challenge and (someone’s) Most Weight Loss Before Summer 2011 |

Yay i have been waiting for a biggest loser challenge to get me even more motivated! how often are we to weight in? i have a problem with stepping on the scale 3-4 times a day so my goal for this month is not to step on it at all until February 11th again…is that ok? |

@ThickandThin – post updates as often as you’d like during the challenge period (ends in 336 days)…it doesn’t have to be daily or any other set period. If you look at some of the other folks’ entries you’ll see things like “lost 7 pounds 1 day ago”…what that really means is they lost 7 pounds since they last input to the challenge, and how ofter they go between inputs is their choice. I personally try to input every two weeks. Good luck !!! |

Drink green tea? Drink something with a lot of caffeine before jogging? Eat regular meals for a better metabolism.. |

I’d love to lose like 30% of my whole weight:) But I think it’s realistic to say I’d want to lose 15% of my weight. :) That’s like 10kgs. I’ve lost 3kg since february 1st.. So that will be easy :) I need to eat more.. aargh. ":P |

I always see lots of posts about how to help your body out with what you eat and such, but they are always what is considered “mainstream”. I would like to recommend going outside what the government tells us is good for us. I have been doing it and feel better every day I stay with the program. I fall of the wagon every now and then and I can tell because my mood turns sour again and I feel like crap physically. I would recommend the Primal Blueprint. Check out Mark Sisson’s blog at www.marksdailyapple.com if you are interested. Also check out the book Clean by Junger. It talks about how to cleanse and detox your body. I did it for half of what he says it spiked some weight loss but I felt great. I really need to do it for the full 3 weeks once and see how I feel then. |
