I recently joined a gym, I spoke to a trainer. He mentioned a good tactic is to get up and do some form of cardio exercise in the morning. If you do not eat yet, and you only drink water, or tea or coffee w/o sugar, you immediately start burning fat. I thought I would share that with all of you. Good luck. |
