If you want to follow my diet, its the 3 day diet, I have some recipes, you might be able to look them up. Then on the 4-7 days I will do weight watchers. |

Yea I am very upset at night because I find that I can’t eat much more…which sucks, but then again I am breastfeeding so I am really not even eating as much as I technically should, but I am meeting in the middle between what a breastfeeding mom should do and a non-breastfeeding mom should do.I am glad so far on the progress though…..I hate to burst your bubble though, but its just now 12 full days :) |

well tonight I went over a bit on my points because I was really stressed out with school. Now we’re aren’t talking about big time…just a few nibbles of things when I had maxed out my points.We’ll see how I weigh in tomorrow…keeping fingers crossed |

well I think no harm done because at first when I weighed myself i lost some…then I reweighed adn I gained some, pee’d and then reweighed again and lost some of the gain…then weighed a few more times (i like to get 3 in a row before I believe the scale) and it said I was at the same weight as yesterday….sooooo…i will consider the same wieght as yesterday :) |

well I messed up at 1 am this morning….had two cookies and 7 crackers with the cheese stuff on them….it affected me…see what cheating a little does….its a terrible pattern. These next two weeks I HAVE to stay on the ball. Luckily not too much harm done but I should technically be another lb lighter…but hopefully I catch up this week… |

yea…its nice when it comes off fast but once you hit a plateau, it’s best to leave it alone and only do it once a week. The diet I am doing works really fast for the first 2 weeks and tapers off to less weight loss on the 3rd to 5th weeks…I ’ve never done it past 5 weeks because the plateau discourages me…but by then I have lost about 20 lbs and the best thing is that the only weight I gain back is in water and food weight.. The very first time I did it I went from 186 to 166 in 5 wks and when I got off I bounced from 166 to 170…but never back up to 186….So then the next time I did it I was 166 and I did it for 3 wks (as a bet to this cocky guy who thought he could lose weight faster So normally how it works is the first 2 weeks you see A LOT of weight drop on the SCALE….none on the body, but by the 3 rd week the pants start losening quite a bit….but the scale doesn’t show but maybe 1/2 the amounts in the first 2 wks. So by the last week in this challenge, I won’t lose as much (hinting: that is y’alls time to beat me :) ) but I’ll be trying on my pants that were tight on me and seeing the progress. I"ll let y’all know. SORRY SO LONG :) LOL |

good job ANG….lets see if i can catch up….had an oops day yesterday so I didn’t want to weigh myself. I’ll weigh monday morning…hopefully i’ll at least still be at 12 lbs lost …hopefully….. |

well i had to weigh my self 3 times this morning :) first at 5 am (my dog is in labor so I had to check on her) adn it was 191.2 or something like that….then I woke back up at 7 am to put my son on teh bus….I was 190.8…then finally woke up at like 8:30 or 9 am and finally was back to 190.0 even …..you know the more you sleep the les syou weigh ;) HAHA….but so i can officially say that I didn’t lose any extra…but at least I am still the same after saturdays ooops day……my other dog had her pups that day so it messed my day up…. only 3 more days….i gotta beat you ang :) HEE HEE!!! |

Good luck! You are getting really close! Granted I’m barely able to keep food down right now, so we’ll see how that affects my weight. :( |

two more days people…..ugh!! i can’t wait for thanksgiving…I am planning on eating everything I can :)…hopefully it won’t put too much weight back on me.. Maybe after thanksgiving there will be another challenge until xmas (where we have a big dinner too). I probably won’t be able to eat as much ebcausee my stomach shrunk anyway.. :) LOL |

there is 15 hours left…but I think we’ll call it quits before thanksgiving because we all know we’ll gain weight after eating :) haha So, this morning…by noon, everyone have their weights in. |

Congratulations, carinlynchin! 16 pounds in 18 days-WOW! Breastfeeding really uses a lot of calories, doesn’t it? How old is your baby? You and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving! |

yea thanks….well about the breastfeeding, normally I don’t lose anything on my “normal” eating pattern, so I have to diet :) |
