Lemme send you an invite to the weight loss part too!! We did two challenges this time this one is for exercise where we log our “miles” but really 15mins of exercise equals 1 mile of walking. I’m excited!!

I Lost 5 Lbs!

Loving the idea of the new challenge! I have had problems this past week with my sciatica nerve. I am feeling better today, finally! Hopefully I will be 100% starting Sunday!

what about bike riding? I have a deal that says how many miles I ride a day. Is bike riding ok?

Yes that its perfect! Just log your miles or if you can find a converter just log how many miles bike riding equals miles walking either way is totally fine! :D We are just trying to get us all moving :D

I am doing my elliptical as my exercise. I converted my strides into miles and it says my 20 min workout of 665 strides on my elliptical is equal to walking .25 of a mile. Seems much further than that!

AM2- I think it would be much further then that because it usually takes me 15-20min to walk a mile.

AM2 I say just do 15 mins equal to 1 mile. That what we normally do. That seems more fair bc elliptical walking is hard core!!! Mnation As far as bike riding I’m not sure girl. Try to find a converter online or just use the 15 min equals 1 mile. I dunno sorry :(
