Thanks for starting this challenge. I really like 4-6 week challenges because I feel like it will keep me on my toes :) The one year ones might let me slack a little and I need LOTS of motivation ! |

Good for you! Me, not so much :( I just LOVE weighing the same thing three days in a row (sob) Anyone interested in another timed challenge? I have started my first challenge and would love to get a few interested competitors. Feel free to search or find it in my challenge list. It’s the Canada Day Weight Loss Challenge- This challenge ends on July 1 and is based on percentage lost. Happy to have Americans looking to lose by Independence Day too!! Good luck! |

I have been following the low carb scenario on the link below. Have lost 10 kegs in 32 days, another 9.5 to go, to get to 85kegs I am sticking with the 50 grams of carbs per day and below. I hope some others can get a benefit from it too |

Nice link Trevor! Dailyburn has my daily carb range set at 143-215g. Will definitely be adjusting that down a notch! Bummer, I slipped to second place. Time to redouble my treadmill efforts! |
