Hey Paul, thanks for the invite. I am actually looking to increase my weight by adding muscle mass. But always love hanging out with fellow enthusiasts ( even virtually) so am happy to join you guys and support everyone towards their goals. |

Thanks for coming on board folks, going for my second day of intermittent fasting. Going to eat the majority of my daily calories in a 7 hour window, calories will be based on primal\paleo nutrition. 5 days I’ll do a fasted cardio workout or Bikram yoga in morning with some strength training with METCON’s in the evening. |
