I just joined this site. I really like the Nutrition Tracker feature. It helped me realize that I’ve already eaten half my calories for the day for my first two meals. Now I know that I need to go light on my dinner. Nifty indeed. |

I started losing weight just over a year ago. I’ve lost 75 pounds so far. I’m well within my healthy weight range now.
Target: 13 Stone 4 Pounds I’m hoping to lose the last 10 pounds of belly fat. :-) That would be just perfect. |

just joined to try and motivate myself to continue loosing the weight… I have lost 18 lbs since September and plan to loose 10 more by February 15th..or lets make it 14th in time for Valentine’s day. |

Lime on everything? I’m toast I’m allergic towards citrus. I find that drinking a lot of water and staying away from eating chips at night works for me. I guess I’m lucky who only need to do that. Oh and I also run about 3 – 4 miles a day. |

This is cool; it is nice to have one more thing motivating you to meet your fitness goals. I lost 60 pounds over the course of the last few years but have put 10 back since my wife got pregnant. Hopefully this site and this challenge will help get me back on track (despite losing my workout partner and adding a lot of chocolate to the house…)! |

Hi all!! I just joined & am super excited. I’ve been trying to lose 25lbs for the past year & just keep getting off course. I’m a type 1 diabetic & was hospitalized a month ago for my blood sugars being too high. Since then I have been taken off my insulin pump & put back on shots. I finally feel like I have control over this disease now not the other way around. I haven’t felt this good about myself in a boldlongbold time!!! So now that I have this great motivation I’ve started cutting my carbs & have joined the local gym. But I’m taking it slow. Instead of my goal being 25lbs I’m making my goal 10lbs right now. Smaller goals. I think it will make it easier for me to reach my overall goal of 25lbs. & with that I can’t wait to see what getting so healthy does for my well…health!!! |

Making a conscious effort to eliminate processed sugars and oils is the first step I took to become more healthy. The calories you save from switching from an occasional soda a few times a day can be immense. Personally, I went vegetarian and that allowed me to get in the mindset of watching everything I ate. It is a lot easier to be healthy when you know what exactly is in the food you are eating! |

I just joined up and seeing everyones progress is exciting and inspiring! I had lost 45 lbs but then quit smoking a year ago and gained 35 of it back. I am vegan. Is there any vegan routines or diet plans anyone has out there? |

When I first joined gyminee I joined the 20 lbs challenge but I need to start with a more achievable goal within the next months or so. I’m excited and pumped to lose the excess weight now. |

Hi everyone!!! My name is Paul, living in New Zealand and joined Gyminee just recently. Have lost about 22 pounds in 6 weeks and reached my first goal. Lost a bit of motivation hence joining the challenge. It’s summer here so still exercising which is good. It’s great to see everyone losing weight and getting in to exercise. The more weight we lose the more life we can live I reckon |

Just joined. I have to loose so much weight, but I am going to start with 10 first. Setting my goals small and hope to loose a total of 70 when all is said and done. I pray that this works for me so that I can be healthy for my 3 sons and awesome husband. I am 36 and it is only going to get harder as I get older. Now is the time. Don’t put off till tomorrow what you can start doing today right everyone! |
