I’ve still got a ways to go too… but I’m down 28 since Sept 3 so I’m making progress.. :) Great job y’all on getting started and making progress. |

Wish I had found these challenges sooner! It’s great motivation to see others with the same goal and see their success! I’d like to lose another 24 pounds and I’m sure this site will help me succeed! I also started the 100 mile challenge today! |

Alright – i finally got serious this week about eating great and working out. I lost 5lbs in one week and that totally encouraged me to keep going. |

What’s 20lbs? About 10 kilos? I’m about 100kg, my goal is 95kg then 90kg, so that’s about right I guess! |

Ok so I am the “new kid on the block.” Cool site though. I need to lose 15-20lbs to be at my goal weight. I already exercise regularly. I eat WHATEVER I feel like. This will be the challenge for me. Best of luck to all! |

I’m new and motivated to lose at least 20 lbs. I had two kids in the last 3 yrs and looking to have more energy and fit into my clothes with breathing room. I exercise in spurts and then I use the “busy” and “sleepy” excuses (although I am). I know exercising will give me more energy for me and keeping up with my family. |

does anyone have any knowledge of bodyweight only exercise workouts…I am looking for workouts that i can do without having a gym membership. |

Tisdka, when I can’t make it to the gym, I’ll generally just run for cardio and do push-ups, crunches, leg lifts, and things like that. I don’t feel like I get as good a workout as I do at the gym, but at least it’s something. |
