Haha, definitely! Let me know when your recital is when you schedule it, and we can adjust the date to fit both of ours. Assuming you have a fall semester one, that is. :) |

I probably wont have an official recital next year because I’m doing a Masters in Musicology (loads of academic work) but there are loads of concerts set up throughout the year. I’ll also have loads of orchestral concerts from September onwards :-) |

I love this! I’m having a recital sometime this upcoming fall to get my butt in gear for grad school auditions! :) i dont want to lose 40 but definitely 20 by fall. :) |

i mean, if i DID lose 40lbs that would be sweet, but being at 120lbs seems to be like an untangible goal right now. maybe it’s because i’ve always just had the goal of 130-135lbs. haha i always said that once i can wear a bikini, i will be at the weight i want. lol ANYWHO, what pieces are you guys performing. do you know yet? My voice teacher and I are in the beginnings of planning so i only have a few ideas. i’m so excited to be doing a recital again! I havent since my senior recital in college. i took 2 years off and now i’m applying to grad school this fall (at Boston University since i got a job there so i’ll get to go for free!) so my teacher and I decided the best way to get ready for my audition is to put on a recital! :) |

Oops, totally missed this. I’m playing: Histoire Du Tango (flute and guitar) by Piazzolla My teacher usually lets me pick my own repertoire since I work much harder on it that way, lol. So I love every piece on there, and am very excited. Do you know what you’re doing yet? And, bobski, how did it go, anyway? I don’t think you ever said. :) |
