I sure hope that Gyminee adds more options for challenges. I had to select Walking instead of skiing as I mentioned in the challenge description. I plan on starting tonight. My NordicTrack ski machine was getting dusty so I figured a challenge would give me incentive to use it. Also, I am in some fat loss challenges so I need some cardio in addition to my weightlifting. |

I am going to continue even if it is solo. I did my first session as HIIT and it was tough so I got little mileage. I also had to save energy up to go out and shovel snow. I don’t use a snow blower. Shovelling by hand is a great calorie burner. In retrospect, should have a challenge for calories burned on the NordicTrack but that ends up highly variable for each individual. |
