Hey all, I am going to do this challenge, but I am not even going to start my routine until March. I am going to swim a little bit here and there just to move my muscles after my heavy lifting routines for the month of February, doing a HIT challenge to bulk up. It should help my swimming a lot, since I am hitting my lats pretty hard. |
