Well gee, not my best first week – maybe it was all the workouts – but I gained like .4 lbs. That’s ok – I’m not gonna let it bog me down. I’ll just work extra hard this second week. I hope you ladies all had a successful first week of the challenge- but if you’re like me and gained a smidgen of weight don’t worry about it – I know we’re all going to see some good results soon. I just have to, have to, have to do better with my food intake. Smaller portions and no eating after 7 or 7:30 pm – that’s my goal anyway. :-) |

So Cass, you’re gonna keep track of our overall body loss percentage then each week right? Will you send an email or something saying who won for the week and who lost or will we just not really know that info? Just curious as to how exactly we’re doing this each week as yesterday was weigh in day and I hadn’t heard anything from anyone on this. |

No worries ladies – at least those of us who gained – when you’re in the 1-3 lb range it could be anything (hormones from that time of the month, muscle build, water retention etc.) Good first week everyone! We’ll keep it going. |

That’s true, the Wii Fit says your weight can fluctuate 2lbs throughout the day! Anyhow, as madame secretary, here’s our running Tally: Harmony I think next week, we should stick with the totals from the leader board above rather than figure out the percentage change each week. That will mean it’s harder for us to beat Harmony because she got a solid start, but hey, it’s a competition. If you want to go the other way, each week you’ll have to calculate your % change and report it here, rather than just weigh in – but this makes each week it’s own separate contest. What do you gals think? |
