Well, I gained a fraction today — but I am not going to freak out about it — especially since my scale says that my body fat percentage decreased. That is a good thing! |

being really good today. trying to make up for my steak dinner last night! I didn’t even have the heart to get on the scale this morning. But, i promise to weigh in tomorrow morning! |

Tomorrow is good, I’m sure you’ve made up for it today. You’ll still be ahead tomorrow — and I’m going to Winetasia tomorrow night, so that should give you the advantage. :) |

Wow, so retaining water from last night. Too hot, too sweaty, probably too much wine. ;) Oh well, still on track for my 2 pounds this week so I can’t complain. (although maybe I will tomorrow once I find out that standing on the blacktop at the fair for 5 hours in 100 degree heat today has caused me to retain even more water…) If you’re on track, it’s nothing to worry about. Can’t wait to hear how yesterday went for you! Keep it going!!! |

WOW — you must have been really good at the wine festival to only gain a fraction of a pound! well don. Good discipline! I am still chipping away at my steak dinner night of big time indulgence. This will teach me. Three days to erase one night! Not really worth it. Keep motivated! Weekends are the hardest, but you can do it! |

Mine’s current as well, but showing updated yesterday, so ???? Anyway, you’re still way down over me, so great job! Keep at it, you’re on your way to working off the dinner. I would guess some of the weight you’re attributing to the dinner was rebound from the super-fast loss the few days before. I know that always happens to me, it comes off in a whoosh, and then goes back on before leveling off better than it was before. So hang in there! Now if I can just get my butt out of bead tomorrow for a run I’ll be back on track. :) |

I love that you are going for a run! that is fantastic. I have a bad week in the sense to too much work and too many deadlines. been working from 7am to 10pm last few days, no time for exercise and eating on the go. so I am slipping. But, I hope to get back on track today. Going to exercise tonight and swim in the pool with Claire. Look for better results from me tomorrow! |

Finally! All I can say is thank goodness for the magic of onion soup. :-) Now I just have to keep from the temptation of rewarding good progress with food!!! |

Me too! The majic of Hebrew National diet hotdogs (only 40 calories!) and veggie salad! Even my mom lost 2 pounds this weekend with us! |

UGH! The Indian food kills my diet everytime! We were going out to eat this evening, but now I will just have to drink a slimfast before we go and then have coffee at the restaurant. Bummer!!! But, I am already behind on my goal, so this is the price to be paid. |

I have been traveling for work — and not been good at all!!! Lots of client dinners and just general falling off the wagon. I promise to get back to it this week and see what the damage is. October is not very far away!!! |

I am afraid I have really fallen off the wagon. Lots of travel for work, and fun parties and late night dinners and desserts — all with no exercise! Yikes. And to top it off, I have some business events coming up this next week and had to finally break down and buy a few bigger clothes. Geez. But, I am totally committed again now. I cant wait for summer to end and get all the social activities over and done with — they do me in! To top it off — now we only have 1 month left!!!!! |
