Squid Stomper the Great I Ran 100 Miles! I Burned 5,000 Calories!

breaking 400 tomorrow :-) No motivation today so I relaxed at the pool after 2 sets and swam instead. So much easier to swim laps in an outdoor pool then workout; It has the inherent feel of vacation tied to it as you read a chapter or two in a good book in the sun. Keep it up :-)

I’m doing decline crunches but logging them as crunches in my daily workout to reflect themselves here. This is an everyone wins competition so its all your own personal preference.

I Burned 5,000 Calories! I Lost 5 Lbs!

I just started out on this challange. I wonder, what is little and what is much (for you) of how many reps you take a day? What is the most you have taken in one day? Its 10 years since I done crunches, and its the sides of the neck that hurts most when I do the reps (because of musles that have not been used for a long time).

I Biked 100 Miles! I Did 1,000 Pushups!

Was within striking distance today – did 412 crunches tonight, pushing me into the winner’s (completers’) circle. BOOYA! :)
