No way to add fitness classes that are offered at gyms, e.g., Body Pump, Scultp, etc. These combine cardio + strength. |

The only way to do it right now is to record it as a cardio exercise and record the time. Honestly, if we wanted to track these classes, I am not sure how we would do it outside of tracking time. Any ideas? |

Start by compiling a list of the classes. Then identify the measurable aspects of these classes. (probably most aspects are already measurable using gyminee metrics, although I imagine a few will have measurable aspects that gyminee probably hasn’t already considered, like yoga, hell I dunno but how do you measure yoga progress? etc.). If the survey you sent out to the pro members revealed any personal trainers, they probably work in a gym and possibly even teach these classes, they could help you gather the necessary information for implementing this feature. You all need to give me honorary staff member status and let me spec out new features like this for you :p |

Yea, fitness classes would be nice. I’m taking cardio kickbox and it’s not on the list, while “ultimate frisbee” is… If calories burnt can be calculated for playing firsbee I think the same can be done for fitness classes as well. |

Completely agree that there needs to be an easier way to track fitness classes – would be good if PUMP, COMBAT, CIRCUIT etc were part of the database :) |

We need this. Personally, I’m not concerned about getting the calories logged perfectly – it’s just that I want the activity to show up in the log/calendar. Another thing, I don’t feel there’s a good way of logging stuff like plank holds etc. A way of logging just taking time into account would suffice. |

i was looking to add pump as well to track. and did not see it on the list. glad others are interested in this as well. but it seems that in over a year, no improvements have been made. how have you been accounting for pump in the meantime? |

As someone (who i am sure is one of the MANY) who uses fitness classes for workouts – PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE come up with a decent way of estimating and logging these! |

Is anyone doing the 24 hour fitness S.E.T class? How do you guesstimate the miles for an hours worth of class? |
