I noticed recently that my “distance traveled” graph has large ups-and-down despite the fact that I do some sort of cardio regularly-walk, ride a bike, etc. It turns out that when I walk, I don’t enter a distance because I don’t know it usually and Gyminee records that as a “Zero.” It would be very handy if there were a button that could “guestimate” our distance, if we so choose, based on our time spent doing the activity and the intensity level. This wouldn’t have to be perfect-but rather just something that would make our graphs somewhat more realistic and useful. |

I think it would be better if we were able to trace the walk on a map, that way it’ll be more accurate and not just Gyminee’s “best guess.” |

Oh yeah—I remember you mentioning that. Is there somewhere on the net right now with that feature? That would be nice. |

I would suggest RunningMap. I use their product regularly and have always wanted to integrate the functionality onto Gyminee. There’s another post somewhere on the forum about the mapping stuff. |

Wow—RunningMap worked perfect. OK, you can forget my request then, LOL. I’ll just use that until Gyminee incorporates similar functionality. |

Yea, I suggested MapMyRun in one of my previous posts. It lets you zoom in a lot more than RunningMap, so it makes the mapping more accurate if you’re running on something narrow, like a sidewalk. Though their interface is a bit weird. Sure, there are other tools availalbe, but it’s nice to make Gyminee your one-stop-shop for everything exercise and nutrition. |

Awesome, I think I like that one even better inko9nito. Thanks! |
