actually I have three questions.
1. I have spent many hours entering custom exercises . how can I use them again on another day or in another completely different workout plan? I want to be able to save them like a favorite food but an exercise
2. how does this program allow for speed of an exercise. i use Kings method. it is a three number system example “321” 3=the downward motion 2=the pause the 1=the upward motion. might want to add that b/c it is vital
3. If I have a workout plan and a rep or weight number increases from 1 week to another… will it only change for that week or the week before as well. in other words… last tuesday i did bench press wide grip 10 reps at 50lbs. then this tuesday, using the same workout plan i did 15 reps at 50lbs. can i notate that change for only this Tuesday?

There is currently not a way to re-use your custom exercises, but this is something that we do plan to implement.

Is this an additional metric you are wanting to track for your exercises?

All the progress you record is stored as a separate instance. When you create the exercise you can set a default “routine”, but what really gets stored over time is the progress you enter on certain days.

There is currently not a way to re-use your custom exercises, but this is something that we do plan to implement.

As far as I could understand, there is still no way to add my custom exercise and reuse it later?

I’m asking this because I couldn’t find this (Knee or Hip Raise On Parallel Bars) exercise on your site and have to use this one (Hanging Leg Raise) to add to my workout. But it’s not right! I’m cheating myself this way!

And another my question is about image uploads for custom exercises. Still none of it?
