Triceps. Because I love the burn I feel from doing Tricep Kickbacks. |

So far it’s my triceps. I seem to have pretty strong triceps (can do more weight than my workout partner who seems stronger than me in most other areas) and since losing alot of weight, I have definition of that muscle the most. Sounds corny but yhe other day I was driving and holding one arm extended greatly on the steering wheel and I crossed my other arm over to rest it on my right shoulder and I felt my right tricep and holy crap, it was sticking out and hard and when I looked down, I saw a muscle. After being flabby for so many years, it was very motivating to say the least. I turned to my wife and was like “woah, check this out”. I think she was turned on, dunno, might have been gas. I think after I lose the weight I might switch to something like CrossFit that uses whole motion exercises rather than isolation. I’d like to see this definition and muscle explosion all over and I don’t have time to lift 24/7. |

Triceps. They are the hardest for me to see gains on, but having to work harder on them has caused me to become nearly obsessed with them. The skull crushers just kill em for me. |

I’d say my mid and lower traps or rear delts. My legs are becoming more defined which i like. |

deltoids. |

My favorite, because I like it? I’d have to say nothing right now, though I am fairly pleased with my strong core muscles, despite a few extra pounds. My favorite to work? Right now i’d say the rhomboids. Because of an injury I spend a lot of time working on it. While i don’t see much int he way of results, It feels better and that makes it a good thing. |

Well, you can’t see them very well (yet!) – but my core is definitely one of my favorites – months of pilates has done me well! I feel really wonderful when the skinny bitches in my pilates class can’t hold or do the moves, but I can! So..HAH. Oh, and my ass. Just because :) |

My favorite looking muscles, today, would probably be triceps, calves, and quads, in that order. Back in the day, it was my delts; I love when there is a lot of definition in them, and a big dimple when I raise my arm. @sawolf01: I have a similar feeling about my triceps, today. I used to be in much better shape… and I am getting there again, but the triceps were the first that really became apparent. |

My back. Its one of my favorite things to work. I could do pull-ups everyday of the week. |

Biceps, when I can actually see them! I would second with my adductors (inner thigh), but I forgot what those look like. :-( |

I can live without my biceps, deltoids, triceps, and quads. I can’t, however, live without my heart. :D |

It has got to be triceps for me :) followed by Erector Spinae and my quads |

Right now, I like my arms in general…shoulders, biceps & triceps. I have also been running a lot lately, so my glutes are higher and my quads look pretty nice too:) |

well, i’ve got a ways to go before my muscles start to even show, but for the first time ever, i can really feel definition in my arms!! i even feel like i can wear a dress or tanktop without having to wear a cardigan too! :) |

Stomach. I’m pretty sure that my diaphragm is the strongest part of my body because I’ve been playing flute for so long. |

my glutes [do a lot of squats ], lower back, shoulders and calves [ I walk a lot ] |

Traps… you can always tell the difference between real weight lifters and posers by the traps |
