Alright, who else is a Biggest Loser fan? Who are you rooting for this season? If I had to guess, I think probably Rudy will win… So sad that Alan was voted off. He was my favorite. |

Me! Yeah Alan was very good. Man he got strong. Of the three left, the women both whine too much for my taste. I’m hoping for Rudy simply because he sucks it up and works. You can’t count Danny out though… dude dropped 60 lbs in 60 days at home! |

I also love this show! @Arnthorla, you can also watch Biggest Loser on Hulu.com for free without having to download torrents! But they are 1 week behind the original air date. - Chad |

I’m in Australia, and it’s the 2nd week of our current series of BL. Few issues with it this year, there was one couple that after they were eliminated one of them was arrested for child porn, so they were completed edited out of the series. End result was the first week of the show covered about 2 weeks in the house, was very disjointed, hard to pick favs etc… Will have to try ninjavideo so I can see the current US series. |

Right now I am simply irritated that the current season of BL has been put on a 2 week hiatus by the Olympics… |

I truly hope everbody realises that BL is TV….. Great for getting inspiration to get into action, but very bad as an example on how to handle the weigthloss. Unless you have the time to lock yourself away in a farm for many weeks/months. In the end weigthloss or more permanent weigthloss is about a lifestile change. The way those people are living during the show is simply not a real live posibility for most of us. Unless you are unemployed and have 5 or 6 hours a day to keep the weight of :) ….. |

How can anyone be a fan of that silly show? None of it is real. They only lose weight because they have personal trainers and nutritionists and as soon as they leave the show they put it all back on again! I’m sorry but i’m not a fan. It’s too fake. Sorry in advance if I offend anyone like I did last time. :-) |

I’m fan of TBL. I could waste my time watching the latest Bachelor or Bachlorette wannabe flail in the wind looking for love or I could watch a bunch of commericials with a tiny segment calleld Dancing With the Stars but in the end I’m not going to learn anything other than a few nifty dance steps I can’t do. The Biggest Loser shows people that if people can lose a significant amount of weight in just a few months they can (at home) do the same without the time crunch. For most people losing weight is a simple science. You burn more calories than you intake and you lose weight. The obesity problem in America is rampant. I’m already seeing young pre-teens on their way towards obesity because their parents haven’t learned sensible nutrition takes time effort and costs a bit extra up front. This season I don’t know who I want to win. |

I just joined in TBL craze this season. Someone at work talked me into watching and I am hooked. It was sad to see the two moms leaving the last few weeks, but I was amazed at how good Ashley’s mom looks now. Can’t wait for the finals to see how far she can go. By the way, even my husband watches now… |

I’m a fan of the idea…not the name. So I do not watch it. |

I am loving this season— the 2 week hiatus was horrible! All I gotta say is Lance deserved what he got this week. Eating 17 cupcakes and not one for Koli? Seriously? Thats stupid in so many way I cant even explain it… I am a bit shocked that Andrea eat them too, and against her own team members… dumb! Micheal I expected it from, but Andrea? And as much as I like Micheal (Go Chicago!) I really am impressed by Daris… he inspires me as much as the son from last season.. cant think of hsi name – he was awsome! |

My wife and I have been watching it for a couple of seasons now. The drama is a bit much for me, but we’re both on long-term fitness journeys, and it’s time we can spend together during busy weeks. The more I read about the show (like the article wedzir posted above, and a great segment on the Fat 2 Fit Radio podcast a few months ago), the more concerned I get about healthy weight loss, and how it is getting glossed over on TBL. Sadly a show where people lost 2 pounds per week probably wouldn’t get much in the way of ratings. This season I’m rooting for Sam, because (as last week showed) he encourages everyone else and he’s an all-around good guy. |

Sam, and Daris are incredibly strong and inspiring people… however SAM is totally amazing. I wish last weeks show hadn’t shown Koli in such a bad light. He really seems to be gaming people now and the trash talk about Stephanie was a ba d move on his part. I think Sam will not let him take that stuff much further… I am consistently impressed with Michael, Koli, Darrell, and O’Neal… I think they are doing a great job. I hope they continue this path and save themselves a lot of issues down the line. O’Neals issues with putting on his own shoes and walking up stairs are proof positive that coming back from such a bad level of health and fitness IS possible. |
