damn i just realised how boring i am, never had any fancy coffee types before or had coffee out. Fun site though, just spent a few dorky moments trying to build drinks out of morbid curiousity xD

Dang!!!! Gaining 1.56 pounds over the next year?!?!? Better get my fat butt in the gym and burn that off. Maybe I should just have the cup of scalding water. With Splenda, of course. o_o

I Did 1,000 Pushups!

It is not the coffee that “makes you fat”, it’s what is added to the coffee. Consider limiting what you add to your coffee rather than cutting out coffee itself if you’ve even begun to use coffee as a scapegoat.

That’s a cool app. It’s hard to realize how one vanilla latte a day could effect your body composition goals over time. But it totally does! Nice job!

Yes, it’s not the coffee that makes you fat! It’s the cream, flavored syrups and whip creams. If you pick one of those loaded drinks up every day on the way to your desk job, it is definitely going to be difficult to maintain a healthy weight!

But I agree that we don’t have to give coffee up! I started drinking coffee to get me away from all the soda I was drinking. I also found that a hot cup of coffee mid-morning, with some warm nonfat milk in it, filled me up better than a soda and chips, a muffin, or whatever else I was having. I know its probably just that it is warm, and the milk is filling, but if it works, then, hey! Earl Grey tea is great, too!
