I need a motivator but not for weight loss, mainly for cardio and strength training. (eg. push-ups, sit-ups, running, etc.)

what would you require from your motivator? i can give virtual kicks in the butt if you need that, and i can offer my suggestions for your routines. I’m no expert but i do read a lot of strength training and cardio articles and can always offer my two cents.

I’m mainly just looking for someone who can keep me at it.
It would be nice if the did the same exercises for comparison.
I would be open to suggestions as well but not required.
Overall I don’t have that many requirements, i am really competitive.

ill be your motivator, im a fat guy but ive lost 15lbs and ive got another 30 to lose to get to around my goal weight..
i train brazilian jiu jitsu twice a week and run on the treadmill every 2/3 days, building up to running 5k at the moment but aiming to get up to 10k, and i do one full gym session once a week.
it would be good to share training and diet ideas and help and give help others doing the same.
