ill be your motivator, im a fat guy but ive lost 15lbs and ive got another 30 to lose to get to around my goal weight..
i train brazilian jiu jitsu twice a week and run on the treadmill every 2/3 days, building up to running 5k at the moment but aiming to get up to 10k, and i do one full gym session once a week.
it would be good to share training and diet ideas and help and give help others doing the same.
