I am unable to post my routine workout. What I usually do is swim three days a week. At least 72 laps each session: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. On Monday and Wednesday, I use bar bells (Friday if I miss one of the days). This routine consists of pumping two 15 lb weights, I do 5 different routines here, 15 reps each X 3. I don’t find this among the workout training options. How can you customize your workout? |

Well, it missed one of my workouts and won’t let me get to it. Site WAS impressive until you try and use it. |

I have the same problem. I can’t get to view yesterdays workout in detail. :-( |

Well you can create your own workout, but I do not see how you can build a tranning plan such as this one. That would be a nice option. |

If you miss a workout, you can’t go to it on a different day. When are they going to fix this? |

You can go to the previous days workout and post if you missed it. The other option is to not miss a workout. |

i have no problem editing past due workout days. I missed one day and then the next day went back and put in my info. Idk why people are having a huge issue about this. Its right there when you click on past missed workouts……… |

This plan is amazing. I am not new to the gym, but this plan is comprehensible, scaleable, challenging, and produces results. I was not sure that I would like a plan that only has me working out 3 days a week, but my body is responding like never before. I am not losing weight, but I see muscle growing and belly fat shrinking. |

Just started this week. My first day was pretty damn intense, but the 2nd one I’m not feeling in my biceps as much. Maybe I’m just more resistant to intensity there or my triceps were burned out and couldn’t support what my biceps were doing. I might substitute or add another machine exercise that concentrates on them alone, but other than that it’s a great routine! |

Is it possible to print a workout? I need a listing of each routine to take to the gym with me. Thanks! |

Why can I only view two training days? I’m behind schedule and need to do day 1 – what’s the point about only being able to see a restricted subset (the two next workout days) rather than the entire program? Counter productive indeed….. (and a totally easy fix) Suggestion to Dailyburn – whoever made your website needs a ’it’s been nice doing business with you’ and then find someone who actually knows how to do it |
