Pills are not always good, as it do have side-effects which can really put adverse affects on your body. So, it is always better to go with the natural things like "Pure Acai Berry which is really great alternative of the diet pills. So, just try this as see the amazing results.

All the best!

Yes there are side effects, but to not jack your metabolism up…use as directed and cycle off of them after 8 weeks or so. Also, eat right and exercise.

Hi all, long time since I’ve been on here but just wanted to ask if anyone had any experience with Phen375 diet pills before? (have you used them, and if so how did it go?)

The website is, and found a few reviews on decent sites as well such as To be fair I’ve tried a product that was said to be fairly good by this site before and it turned out to be okay so I’m inclined to trust their report to an extent (or at least that is won’t be dangerous to use).

A lot of people have found good success with PAGG which was formulated by Tim Ferriss in the 4-Hour Work Week. The major benefit of it is that all of the ingredients are with anti-oxidants or lower cholesterol by themselves and it contains no stimulants. You can check out the leading brand here:

I don’t think that having diet pills are dangerous. But before consulting experienced physician it is not safe.

Good Luck

After using lipo-6 for 9 days, and working out daily, normal diet, I’m seeing great results! I believe that my cholesterol was high before lipo-6 got rid of it! Now I don’t feel my heart very tired and my stamina is much more better! After workouts my heart is very calm that some said that I have battery there instead! Before I feel like dying after small exercises and my stamina is too weak and I’m very lazy!

Not sure about other products but lipo-6 is perfect! At least it cleans out your liver and your blood from wasty fats. I’ve uploaded many photos but I won’t upload my complete results until I’m 100% ripped! When I was 71 kg (156.5 lb) I was eating 4 too heavy meals that I feel I’m gonna through out! With 2 shake cups of protein.

Well, I think protein supplement bullshit has no major effect on muscle size but only boosts energy, and while have only 24-48 grams per serving I can make it 200-400 grams per one meal! So if you have a N/A V8 stomach then don’t make it a turbo-charged, 4-cylinder one!

Weight is not my main goal but fat. I don’t know what weight will be my lean weight but I guess it’s between 85-90 kg for 5’11" (180cm) because of my workouts.

By the way, my metabolism is great naturally but those pills are even better and I do eat like half a chicken for dieting! Before was whole chicken with a lot of meat and bread and still losing! What makes me love lipo-6 that I feel light and healthy in the inside with energy that I’ve never dreamed of since 2004!

Read more about after-burn exercises, I do workout my whole body daily except my ears, eyes, and nose! Don’t go with mind-blower, one-body-part exercises and use reasonable weights instead for all parts + try not to rest. Please rest if you’re gonna die as there is no use of your workout while in grave!

All the best for you :)

Ugh, OK. You asked.
1. “I believe that my cholesterol was high before lipo-6 got rid of it!” Nothing in Lipo-6 can have an effect on cholesterol levels in 9 days. In fact, there aren’t even any drugs that can do that. STRIKE 1. The one ingredient that was supposed to have an effect on cholesterol in Lipo 6 (guggulipids) is dosed so small (20mg’s) that even if it worked, there’s not enbough of it to do that. STRIKE 2. Finally, the medical research on guggulipids shows they have NO EFFECT on cholesterol whatsoever. It’s a myth. The Journal of the American Medical Association has noted this several times, most recently here: , where they concluded, “guggulipid did not appear to improve levels of serum cholesterol over the short term in this population of adults with hypercholesterolemia, and might in fact raise levels of LDL-C.”
2. “At least it cleans out your liver and your blood from wasty fats.” Lipo6 is actually named in a 2010 Class action lawsuit for containing Oxilofrine, an amphetamine, which has been shown to cause liver damage, NOT clean out the liver.…
3. “Well, I think protein supplement bullshit has no major effect on muscle size but only boosts energy.” The one supplement that has been linked to increased muscle tissue repair is protein. There are far too many sources to link. Do a Google search for protein and muscle, and you will actually get over 100,000,000 hits.
4. “I can make it 200-400 grams per one meal!” Would love to see a 400 gram protein meal.
5. “my metabolism is great naturally but those pills are even better” Well, yeah! Duh! You just took 200 mg of caffeine, which is what ANY of those fat burners basically are. There’s nothing in Lipo-6 that makes it magical or is going to make a bit of difference if your diet hasn’t changed.

I don’t mean to sound rude, but your whole post sounds like a sales pitch for Lipo-6 with NO clinical research, and it’s full of incorrect statements. -EK

Well, I appreciate your response. I’ll make myself clear:

1. Then I made it by myself? Not sure.

2. Thanks for the info.

3. You didn’t understand what I meant, I mean that I don’t need like whey protein or other supplements as I can bring more than 400 grams of protein a day. How is that?

4. 2 chicken a day = more than 600 g:…

1 liter of whole milk, about 32 g:…

At least 1 lb of beef, 94 g:…

5-10 or more of white rice, 21-42+ g:…

3-10 egg white, 10.8-36 g:…

I can eat 1 whole chicken + 2 lb of beef with one/two cups of milk in one meal… calculate that and you’ll know that it’s not magic! (450-470 g) But I try my best to lower the intake until I lose all fat and get lean, so I push it down. I eat 3 times a day now, one is heavy the rest are lighter (breakfast+after workout). Today’s breakfast was 5 egg whites + 500 ml whole milk + half cucumber, tomato, carrot, lemon. Next meal is dinner: Half chicken with no skin “grilled”, two plates of salad with some olive oil, lemon, and salt (9-11 hours later)! In between 5 egg whites with 500 ml whole milk (nearly 36 g of protien) after 40-50 min of restless, weight-lifting workout so you can make an after-burn.

So the meaning is protein supplements suit who can’t eat enough protein daily, otherwise enjoy your meals! I’ve tried a lot of protein supplements years ago and the best taste would be better than crap, I assure you! :o

5. No problem, just relax :) What’s most important in lipo-6 that I use my own fat as fuel, and that’s a lot for energy, a lot more than what my muscles can do a day. Whatever I do would still make me feel I made nothing, but someone should be aware and not tear a muscle.

I shared what I found. Anyway, your statements ain’t perfect in the end, but at least everyone made himself clear. Bottom line: This is a discussion not a competition, so no one should be rude as it makes no sense, more no-sense than my statements make! ;)

Hint: You need to eat more protein, carbs, fat, calories than suggested, especially if you’re lean, because body might waste 50-25% of that! Brain, eyes, skin, and more are using protein too daily, so spare them some!

Note: I’ve lost some fat in the last 10 days and gained some clean weight too, currently 96.8 kg (213.4 lb), was 100 kg (220.4 lb). For 180 cm (5’11" ft) is good for now and still working.

Diet pills are good for fast result but all the time it is not good. Sometimes it is not good for health. because it will also give side effects on health. It is better to go with natural treatments like diet and exercise.

I am on Acomplia diet pills too…

I get them online on and wanna say this product works perfect for me.

No matter what diets I used historically, they did not help me much….

My hunger could not be suppressed and the countless attempts to lose my weight were fruitless.

Acomplia really works, it suppresses my appetite and so I eat very small portions compared to old times :)

I’ve lost 19kg in almost 5 months now..

and I wonder if I need to take a pause..

anyone knows?

I was browsing the web recently and i found sth that looked really interesting. They offer weight loss programs and some diet pills too. I never tried the pills but Amanda Hamilton’s ad looks really good. Its what they say about it:
“Real Women. Real Weight Loss” Amanda Hamilton’s refreshing approach encourages members to use real food, with simple recipes that are tailored according to match their weight loss goals. It’s natural and emphasises a friendly supported approach to put the fun back into dieting“Real Women.

Diet/ weight loss pills are NOT a magical solution, but researched and patented products that give you the extra-boost to meet your fitness goals. However, it is safer to stay away from ’stimulants and stick to more natural super fruits (like acai berry or raspberry ketones) and herbs (ashwagandha). Assist from Biogetica is another natural and safe method that uses homeopathic resonance. I lost close to 15 lbs in about a month already, and have not yet experienced and side effects or withdrawals.
