Supplement Stacking Advice Needed

What are some supplements you enjoy using to stack together for optimum results? I have listed my supplemental stack below and I would appreciate any advice or criticism you may have to offer.
Protein: BSN Syntha 6
I have been using daily burn on my iphone and this is my first time approach the community regarding personal advice. I appreciate any criticism you may have. Thanks

This is what I use, not sure if it is the best, but it seems to work well for me:
Protein – IsoPure ZeroCarb (Strawberries and creme is good).
Post-workout – I will take a CytoGainer shake by CytoSport (I mix 4 scoops with non-fat milk).
Vitamins- I take Animal Pak (by universal). I will also stack that with “Animal Stak.” The “Stak” comes in a smaller package, so when that runs out, I will take about two weeks off before stacking it again.
Before bed i take Optimum ZMA (three pills). Helps boost testosterone and I’ve actually noticed that it has improved the quality of my sleep as well.
That’s about it. I have played with a ton of different supps over the years, its tough to find ones that you feel are actually beneficial and don’t feel like you are just throwing money out the window.

thats it. creatine maybe but that doesnt work half the time. enjoy wasting money on placebo effect guys!

That seems a little absolute. I agree completely that those two should be at the top of a list but to suggest that BCAAs arent effective, NO2 isnt effective, preworkout drinks arent effective, intra/post workout drinks with carbs arent effective….seems a little obtuse. Granted, 90% of GNC is trash but much of what I listed can affect training.
I stack SizeOn and NO Loaded in about 64 oz of water and drink from 30 mins prior to 30 mins post workout. Any nutritionist will tell you that the carbs help fuel the workout and recovery. And vasodilation allows more oxygenated blood to get to muscles (along with other nutrients). Thats just science. Anyone who has felt the pump from a healthy dose of NO2 knwos that its not placebo, you feel like you are going to bust out of your skin.
I get my creatine from SizeOn but I do supplement with additional ON Whey throughout the day and Casein at night because yes, protein is most important. Again though, that doesnt mean there isnt some benefit in some other supps.

listen. he asks what supplements are NEEDED. do you even know what bcaa’s actually are? its just protein without carbs/fat. its an asinine concept making profit from ignorance ok?. preworkouts/pump arent NEEDED to make optimal progress. a pump indicates nothing more than blood and fluids in your muscle. nothing more. i have never used a preworkout, i use coffee which is about 100x as cheap(litterally) but you still dont NEED stimulants at all if you get enough sleep. and your ignorance is only showing more….intra/postworkout drinks? do you think its some kinda magic? what do you think is better carbs from whole foods or carbs that are processed into a powder loaded with sugar?your;re litterally overpaying for sugar in a tub. you dont even NEED whey if you reach your protein goal for the day with whole foods. obviously in some cases they are convenient though. so in any case any other than
ps. the average nutritionist will tell you to not eat carbs at night because they’ll get stored as fat!. pathetic really.

wow, BCAA are definetly not just protein without carbs. lol take an intro biology class before making bogus claims like that. another thing is most of the best intras, such as karbolyn, have absolutely no sugar, and when combined with BCAA can be more effective the protein itself. now when it comes to supps, first and foremost, the top of your list should consist of a badass multi. also their are some pre workouts on the market, noxipro, nitro nag, that when taken have shown to increase hgh concentrations in the blood. i would say that another essential is a casein protein, and i shouldn’t have to explain why. just take it at night.

Hi I’m Krista, I have sufferred form what they call a major depressive episode on and off for over two years. I take several anti depressants and at one point after joining a gym, getting a trainer, and staying on a strict diet I lost 50lbs. I’ve gained 20 back and no matter what I did I couldn’t lose it. I have started back on track now by using a supplement to help. One that doesn’t interfere with my medicine, amazing. you can read more about my journey on my blog KristaMcKie.blogspot.com. I just want you all to know depression is horrible, feeling ugly is horrible and I understand all of that. This is the year I shake it all and get back on track, so far so good.
