iPhone Users - Did everyone notice the Nike+GPS app is free?

I have the Nike+ app on my iPhone - do I still need to download the Nike+GPS, in order to get the map part to work? It works when I run with my iPod Nano...

Just wondering. It's not expensive, I just don't want to mess up the currently working app, if it's not needed.

However, on my iPhone 4, and for the first time with any app I have ever used, I could not quit this app. The only solution was to power off the phone. I plan to report this to Nike.
