I'm slowly catching up by losing regularly 1 to 2 pounds each week!
I lost 9 pounds now. One more for that 10 pound barrier Mary mentioned (and broke!) before...

no change for me this week. worked out a lot but no weight drop...

half a pound on - seem to put this on once a fortnight and loss 2-4lbs in between... no real explaination but still on course.
