      <description>&lt;p&gt;I'm slowly catching up by losing regularly 1 to 2 pounds each week!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I lost 9 pounds now. One more for that 10 pound barrier Mary mentioned (and broke!) before...&lt;/p&gt;
