actually, got my calculations wrong. I am down 4lbs in total. I knew it had to start coming off at some point with the amount of exercise I am doing. 198lbs now. it has been a while since I was below 200
Its been a good week seeing another 1.75lbs off. Things are heating up as the question is asked who will pass the finish line first?

Got attacked!
I must confess to being a very social guy with friends that love eating (read pigging out) and drinking (read "a lot"!)... I've been able to manage to only see one per week since the beginning but this week, I got attacked with love... ;) I've seen a few friends every night with plenty of food and booze... So I barely managed NOT to gain anything. ;)
Bottom line: no loss (thank God!), no gain.
Now I've seen most of them and hopefully won't be tempted for at least a few weeks. ;)
Next week, it's powdered food/smoothies for me! ;)
