I lost just one but trained very intensely in the last two weeks with a new 3 part circuit training workout created by my trainer, so the small lost is probably due to gaining 1 to 2 pounds of muscle mass in the last two weeks.

Still, I lost, in total, 10 poinds in 10 weeks now. I weigh 188 and am pretty happy. :)

34 or 2-3?

Where have the other 32 members gone?  anyone else weighed in this week?

Helloooooooo....

Indeed Peter! Seems we lost a few people along the way... I'm sure Mark will show up again when the St-Patrick's day celebrations (and their effect on one's weight) will dissipate... ;) But as for the rest, no clue... This place feels empty... Good for you by the way! :) Just 2.25 pounds to go!

For me the last ten pounds will be a challenge since I am getting slimmer and the closer you get to your ideal weight, the tought it is to lose weight... But I'm in it for the long run anyway, so I'm not about to quit. Even if you win, which I hope you will! :)

Down 2.4lbs making a total of 18. I was gone all week on the road and didn't bring a computer hence the silence. Looks like we are all about equal at the moment. Nice work chaps. Looks like there are only 3 of us wanted this bad enough.

I have started the P90X program now and am gonna stick with it for next 90 days to build core strength.

"I have started the P90X - 90 days to build core strength."

Fair play to you it looks a tad extreme for me.  I'm now focusing on getting my miles in on the bike and plan to buy a new road bike shortly. I've also joined a number of other challenges just to keep me focused...

Talk tomorrow lads...

Honesty Is Best

I've been lacking on the challenge over the last few weeks, and it clearly shows.

I'm +4 since my last weigh in - let's just say things have been totally crazy over the last two weeks.

I was tempted to either no enter the weight, or lie and say I was like down a few lbs just to save face, but then I realised what was the point.

It's actually good to see it in writing; +4lbs you lazy slob, now go do something about it.

I joined the gym last week, and I'm determined to get things back on track. Heck I need to if I'm going to get anywhere near the 20lbs I need to loose or risk paying lots of people lots of money.

As for the P90X system - interesting. I put this down to Shopping Channel / Hotel room boredom (http://www.nigelcooke.com/?p=877) Does it work?

Nigel, I am laughing my ass off at your purchases. The slap chop and the snuggie look classic. Wait til you get you slapchops working the P90X - I can hardly walk today.
