      <title>1 down, as expected</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;That excess food from the week-end dissipated and I see 187 pounds! Yeaaah! This means 11 pounds down! (I actually weighed close to 185 this morning but this may be the excess zeal of the last few days to compensate for the week-end splurge). I'm like a freakin yoyo these days!&amp;nbsp; ;)&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>No change .... today!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Good job Peter! I hope you won't stop now though! :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Personally, I was getting close to my goal of losing a pound a week this week as normal but I ate more this week-end and as a consequence, my weigh-in shows my weight of last Sunday but this is probably a lie and just the week-end food speaking. ;) I expect to be down by one pound either tomorrow or the day after. I'll confirm or not in a few days.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Let's keep it up everyone! We all must reach our goal of losing 20 pounds (at least)!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
