      <title>Congrats Mark!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I'm back to my starting weight and will be doing it all over again.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;No real excuses except I had just lost interest, but I'm back in the saddle again - I expect this going to be more painful than the first time around. lol!&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>so whats next? </title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;so is the next ten a challenge?&amp;nbsp; I'm up for it as these past few weeks have seen me lose two, put on two, lose two put on two etc...&amp;nbsp; I'm up for it - but lets make it a challenge as opposed to a group as that allows us to track each other and informs you where you are in the competition.&amp;nbsp; You may also get that illusive virtual gold medal&amp;nbsp; ;-)&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>I did it!!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Well, I officially lost the 20lbs in this group and feel great. I lost 10lbs before starting this group so I am really happy...yeeha. I think I will push to drop 10 more lbs but more as a bi-product of the fitness&lt;/p&gt;</description>
