This group is for those who are following the creator of Turbo Jam's Chalene Johnson's new workout: ChaLEAN Extreme. The mantra for this workout program is "Muscle Burns Fat". It is based on lean phasing: Lifting heavy weights to burn loads of fat, getting the body you want in 90-120 days! The test group had ridiculously remarkable results and everyone lost weight! Contrary to popular belief, none of the women bulked up either. All of the women lost inches and all of the men got buffer! Let this be a place that we can come together to motivate each other, ask questions and insire others!
