The mantra for this workout program is "Muscle Burns Fat". It is based on lean phasing: Lifting heavy weights to burn loads of fat, getting the body you want in 90-120 days! The test group had ridiculously remarkable results and everyone lost weight! Contrary to popular belief, none of the women bulked up either.
