I love all the shout-outs. :)

 

One though, have you considered setting up a central forum, so that you don't end up leaving people behind when you change training/gym/data collection sites?

I'm hoping to get back on track, I cought some evil cold/flu thing last week, so Ive just done my walking for the first time again today.

Conspiracy

I personally think they create purse-sized things like antibacterial hand gel just so they can break and you end up cursing as you pass an elementary school with the windows rolled down.  So I've resorted to keeping them in those itty bitty snack baggies.  My purse looks like I'm transporting crime scene evidence.
