      <description>&lt;p&gt;You can't replace hands on work with a video. You should seek out a place to train. Many martial art schools also train MMA style or know someone that does. A little networking can go a long way!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I've never really found a video for martial arts that I thought was effective training, so I can't offer any advice, sorry. Anyone I've ever watched has not compared to in school lessons by a decent instructor.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
