Subject Description
I train mixed martail arts. I do it more for the simple fact of being in shape, but some time next year I hope to compete. Does anyone here use supplements (creatine, protein etc). What do you guys think is best geared towards martial arts?

When it comes to protein, do your research into not only how much you need (and what kind<0 but WHEN you need it. Timing is perhaps the most important part. In a nutshell, you need it to be available for your body when your body requires it, and that's around 1/2 hour either side of your workout.
I'd also suggest that you make sure you're getting a good multivitamin. Get your mineral and hormone levels in balance, too.
Oh and that 5 fruits and veggies a day thing? Don't ignore that.
