Subject Description

Hey guys I'm doing 45 mins of cardio in the morning and am looking to add 20 to 30 mins of an ab routine. Any suggestions? No beginner stuff either.lol.

may sound funny to most....but try the tony horton 10 minute trainer abs video.  run through that twice and you'll get a relentless burn.

Try P90X Abs ripper X it's 16 mins abs workout but will give you great results.

Where can I get the Tony Horton video?

I've lost 5.8% body fat, 2.7 inches off my waist and 4.4 lbs in 6 weeks 1/2 doing almost 6 days a week fat free yoga with Ana Brett and Ravi Singh (around 200 abs daily), Power Plate, dancing and watching my diet thanks to Daily Burn.
