Subject Description
hello, I'm new to this group and new to the site and just wanted to take a sec to say Hi.
I'm a 29yo X-Airforce guy who lost his way a bit fitness wise when i got out. I'm trying to get back on the hourse and transform my body to even better then it was when i was in the Airforce.

I feel your pain
I retired after 20 years in the Marine Corps and ran into the same problem. At the time, we set aside between an hour and an hour-and-a-half every day for exercise. Today, I carve it out of work, home, and family or it doesn't happen. This site helps, though. Stay motivated, and good luck!

If you put your pic with your dream body in the fridge next to a fat one, it will motivate you to eat healthy and work out!
