Have a question, suggestion or thoughts about workouts? Vet them here.
I just bought a set of dunbbells and I was thinking about doing alot of my workuts with them. Like my triceps, and shoulders, and curls but I am going to contuine doing bench press with a bar. What do yall think about that.

you would be fine doing that way. i would also use the dumbbell for the beach. i think it give you a more naturel lifet. instead of forceing you hands/shoulder to be in one place ...
