      <description>&lt;p&gt;you would be fine doing that way. i would also use the&amp;nbsp; dumbbell for the beach.&amp;nbsp; i think it give you a more naturel lifet. instead of forceing you hands/shoulder&amp;nbsp; to be in one place ...&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I just bought a set of dunbbells and I was thinking about doing alot of my workuts with them.&amp;nbsp; Like my triceps, and shoulders, and curls but I am going to contuine doing bench press with a bar.&amp;nbsp; What do yall think about that.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
