I hope to get plenty of fresh air activities in over this summer!! Cycling, both road and mtn., will hopefully supply most of my cardio with some running/jogging to supplement. I'll get my adrenaline doing some rock climbing and some relaxation while backpacking. Besides that, I'll be in the lab and in front of my computer... grad school!!
planet fitness but I am not sure if there are actually any in Manhattan, I know there are a few in the other boroughs. I'd call the school and ask but you might able to use their gym. If not ask if they know any other gyms. If you do bike ride, central park is great for it along with the west side highway. There are also a bunch of new Mt.
bike trails all over the city now.
