Students - How do you find the time?

Ok, so, I'm a music student at the doctoral level. That probably puts me near the upper end of the busy scale for students. I find that the hardest thing about trying to get healthy is finding the TIME! Time to eat well, time to exercise, time to keep track of things, etc. Who's got some good tricks to share?

Keep your diet simple- You probably won't have to count calories if its low in fat and sugar. Also, if possible, exercise in the morning- that way you won't have it weighing on your mind all day. I'm writing my thesis at the moment, thats how I manage! Good luck.
