      <description>&lt;p&gt;if losing weight is what u want, i recommend taking a pre-workout formula (i.e. naNo Vapor) for your workouts, its good for motivation to getting u to the gym, and also running an extra mile or two isnt bad.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
