I just started using Evernote to create a Food Log. Love it! Now I have "clearing throat" no excuse not to remember what I have ate or drank. Comes in handy for lunch at work and can quickly review from anywhere what I have ate or drank.
Me too! I snap a picture of what I eat and note the meal. I use a "meals" tag to keep track of it. Then when I get home at night I can enter it all into Gyminee. I have to say this is really making it much easier to keep track of what I eat. I'm pretty excited about Gyminee.
Taking a pic of what you eat. If I have time to do that, I will. Problem is, I either don't have time or forget. Guess it's one of those "getting old" things. :(
On days with long lectures and long work days keeping track of all my meals are damned hard, but I think this tip will help manage that much more easily.
