      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hey everyone,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You may know me from around the site, but I'm Kate Brown, ISSA CPT and Community Manger here at DailyBurn.&amp;nbsp; I'm 26 and my goals are geared toward losing fat % and gaining lean body mass.&amp;nbsp; I've experienced a lot of the same issues that I believe a lot of 20-somethings struggle with too: how to have an active social life while staying healthy, oh my god I am in the grocery store - what the heck do I buy?, and how to manage the stress of leaving college and entering the &quot;adult working world&quot;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyhow, cool group, and I can't wait to contribute.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I'm 25, I think my starting weight is around 200, which I just started. &amp;nbsp;I don't tend to weigh myself, I'm more interested in inches and pant/dress size, but I'll try to keep an eye on it for this. &amp;nbsp;My weight goal is 140, but I'll just be happy being around a size 8-10 with smaller body measurements. &amp;nbsp;I'm currently between a 12 and 14. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hi everyone! I'm 25 (don't feel too old, Anne!).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Starting weight: 138&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Gyminee joining weight:&amp;nbsp;132&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Current: 127&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Goal: 118&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My goal is a little flexible, though. I'm starting a strength training program, so if I gain muscle and stop losing weight, I won't beat myself up over the last few pounds. I'll be happy with anything under 125 if I'm leaner and stronger.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hey everybody! I'm 19 (technically not a 20-something, but I act old for my age!). I started at 140 a few weeks ago. I'm only down to 136 so far (the Fourth of July set me back! haha). My goal for now is 110 pounds. I know that weight sounds kind of freakishly tiny, but I'm only four foot ten inches tall. After I reach my goal I plan on seeing where to go from there! Good luck everyone!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;hello! :) &amp;nbsp;i'm 22. &amp;nbsp;started out at 217 pounds, and am now down to 210.2 pounds! &amp;nbsp;my goal is to be back at my lowest weight, 155. &amp;nbsp;when i get there, we'll see if i feel that i should lose more weight or not.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i'm in no rush, but it would be great to make it to 155 by the end of 2009....we'll see! &amp;nbsp;a few years ago, i went from 197 to 155 in 6 months...granted, this is an extra 20 pounds, but we'll see.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and this time, the weight WILL stay off!!!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
