i have been trying to associate food with just nutrients/energy but i love food, all kinds. especially mexican with the cheese and the guac and the sour cream. It's been almost a week and I have not cheated so far (i am doing no milk, salt, alcohol...basically no fun...). I plan to stick with it until the i get to my goal weight which is 42.2 pounds from now. just try to think of the end result. that helps. and drink lots of water.
as far as choclate and what not goes, I am a power lifter and take a lot of supplements and BSN syntha 6 is a great protien drink and if you get the chocolate flavor it taste just like a chocolate milkshake if you mike it with milk. Plus it will help you get your protien for the day.
I have trouble sticking to limited quantities sometimes. I try to make sure I have enough snacks so that I don't land up with extreme cravings, but I guess I'm more feminine than I thought sometimes...
I am struggling with controlling my eating on holidays. Summer BBQ's and grilled food are hard for me to pass on. Exspecially passing on potatoe salad.
