      <description>&lt;p&gt;as far as choclate and what not goes, I am a power lifter and take a lot of supplements and BSN syntha 6 is a great protien drink and if you get the chocolate flavor it taste just like a chocolate milkshake if you mike it with milk. Plus it will help you get your protien for the day.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Cravings too!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;i have been trying to associate food with just nutrients/energy but i love food, all kinds. especially mexican with the cheese and the guac and the sour cream. It's been almost a week and I have not cheated so far (i am doing no milk, salt, alcohol...basically no fun...). I plan to stick with it until the i get to my goal weight which is 42.2 pounds from now. just try to think of the end result. that helps. and drink lots of water.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
