I can't seem to meet my daily protein goal and i was wondering what snacks are high on protein but not on fat? If there are any suggestions that would be great.

Ideas to Up your Protein

I have found "Turkey Bites" by Old Wisconsin to be a delicious way to up my protein. However, beef jerky and egg whites are also great sorces of protein. You can hard boil eggs and pop some egg whites (17 cals a pop, 3.5 g of protein) before you go to a party or out to eat to curb your appetite and get some needed protein. I eat eggs almost everyday. 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites make really delicious, low calorie (105 calories, 13 g of protein). Sometimes I add some low fat ham (Oscar Meyer has a brand that is 6 slices, 45 calories, 9 g of protein, I use 3 slices in the eggs) and hot sauce. Kashi has some Peanut Peanut Butter Bars that are 140 calories, 7g of protein. Skim milk also has a great source of protein (80-90 calories, 9 g of protein).
